The company Myla is in fact two London designers namely Charlotte Semler and Nina Hampson. They had their first store in Notting Hill which opened in 1999. The latest news to come out of the lingerie world today is that Diamond Boutique has invented some miracle fancy bra that every women will crave for. Eager to see this miraculous invention that the papers seemed to be raving on about I checked it out so elegantly being modeled by their current face Elen Rivas. It will go on sale in Tesco’s of all places but I supoose that is as good a start then any.
So what is so special about this fancy bra?. Well it has two cups, a selection of straps, 24 hook positions and another 28 on the back strap. Ok well I am confused before I have even put this fancy bra on. Apparently it will give me greater flexibility and unlimited ways to wear my bra. Now pardon me for being a fuddy duddy however I want to put my bra on and instantly look good in it, not mess around getting myself in knots for two hours before I go out.
If I want a halterneck bra then I will buy a halterneck bra, if I want a backless bra then I will buy a backless bra. I do not want to wear the same bra every day of the week. All my friends know that I love shopping at Passionata. I am even buying up stock from their recent Chanson d’amour collection. I now have more lingerie than I know what to do with but only just discovered today that Passionata is in fact part of the Chantelle French Lingerie company along with Darjeeling. The Chantelle group has been going since 1876 so that will explain why they are experts in fancy lingerie and capture my attention at every moment.
I am more excited however to wait the release of their Spring / summer collection that will feature their new model Bar Refaeli. Photo shoots show that the theme is 1960′s with a bouffant hair, headbands and a summer 60′s look. Colours of lingerie have moved to yellow, blues and flower prints however we still see the lace trims and bows that are so frequently appearing on lingerie everywhere.
Well done to Passionata for supplying to the demand of millions. They know what a women wants to wear and excel in everything they produce. French lingerie can definitely count me as one of the loyal customer.
So all the votes are in and the new angel of fashion lingerie house Victoria’s secret is Kylie Bisutti. I have to admit that she was not my first choice however I am warming to Kylie and think she will do well as long as she can deal with the fame that such a lucrative position brings. Least we not forget she is a newly wed as well and that marriage is going to be tested as Kylie’s husband has to stand by and watch her become one of the world most famous lingerie models.
