It’s is now official that the best lingerie ad ever is Agent Provocateur. You know,  the one that got banned from everywhere for being to provocative! In the ad Kylie Minogue does a wonderful job of riding a mechanical bull whilst dressed just in her lingerie.

The best part comes at  the end though when she says  she has proof  that Agent Provocateur is the most erotic and sexy lingerie in the world.

Expecting a blatant lie the viewer is then gobsmacked when she asks all the men in the audience to stand up. You can not help but smile when she does this.

The survey was done with ten other lingerie adverts of which Agent Provocateur came in first. The latest news to come out of the lingerie world today is that Diamond Boutique  has invented some miracle fancy bra that every women will crave for. Eager to see this miraculous invention that the papers seemed to be raving on about I checked it out so elegantly being modeled by their current face Elen Rivas. It will go on sale in Tesco’s of all places but I supoose that is as good a start then any.

So what is so special about this fancy bra?. Well it has two cups, a selection of straps, 24 hook positions and another 28 on the back strap.  Ok well I am confused before I have even put this fancy bra on. Apparently it will give me greater flexibility and  unlimited ways to wear my bra. Now pardon me for being a fuddy duddy however I want to put my bra on and instantly look good in it, not mess around getting myself in knots for two hours before I go out.

If I want a halterneck bra then I will buy a halterneck bra, if I want a backless bra then I will buy a backless bra. I do not want to wear the same bra every day of the week. I will keep on eye on this for you girls and lets see if it takes off. Personally I think it needs to go down as  daft invention but hey I am ready to be proved wrong.

Did you know that there is a lingerie football league?. I didn’t, I have only just come across this infromation today and I think it is fantastic. Apparently the best lingerie football team is the Dallas Desire who are numerous models  by day and then at the weekend kit up in lingerie and football equipment to be lean and mean.

Each team has seven players and  name themselves after lingerie names such as passion, bliss and seduction. Chicago, Miami, Philadelphia, New York, Tampa, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Diego and Denver have joined in and the lingerie league is set to go from strength to strength.

It is amazing after buying her designs to learn that she did not infact start out as a lingerie designer but instead was active on the cut throat business of wall street.

Today Josie’s company can boast about being a household name with her ventures into luxury linens for the house, eye wear and perfumes. She is also a member of a number of women’s charities and can now proudly announce she is a grandmother.

She has four brands for her luxury lingerie which include Josie Natori, Natori, Josie and Cruz. Her current collection teams animal print with luxurious satin and lace trims. It screams luxury and can make a woman feel sexy as soon she she wears the item whether it is bra, panties, chemises or one of Josie’s couture collection.

All my friends know that I love shopping at Passionata. I am even buying up  stock from their recent Chanson d’amour collection. I now  have more lingerie than I know what to do with but only just discovered today that Passionata is in fact part of the Chantelle French Lingerie company along with Darjeeling. The Chantelle group has been going since 1876 so that will explain why they are experts in fancy lingerie and capture my attention at every moment.

I am more excited however to wait the release of their Spring / summer collection that will feature their new model Bar Refaeli.  Photo shoots show that the theme is 1960′s  with a bouffant hair, headbands and a summer 60′s look. Colours of lingerie have moved to yellow, blues and flower prints however we still see the lace trims and bows that are so frequently appearing on lingerie everywhere.

Well done to Passionata for supplying to the demand of millions. They know what a women wants to wear and excel in everything they produce. French lingerie can definitely count me as one of the loyal customer.

So all the votes are in and the new angel of fashion lingerie house Victoria’s secret is Kylie Bisutti. I have to admit that she was not my first choice however I am warming to Kylie and think she will do well as long as she can deal with the fame that such a lucrative position brings.   Least we not forget she is a newly wed as well and  that marriage is going to be tested as Kylie’s husband has to stand by and watch her become one of the world most famous lingerie models.

Wearing the famous lingerie brand wings can bring money, fame and admiration but it all comes at a price. In just three weeks she has beat over 10,000 other hopefuls that wish to walk down that famous catwalk. At such a young age can Kylie Bisutti deal with it all?.  It is times like this that I wish I had a crystal ball.
